Professional Services Contract (No upfront costs to the customer)

In a professional services contract we provide all hardware, installation and training services, management software, system management computers, DMV lookup processing, noticing and other elements of a complete back office processing system.

Optional backlog collections noticing and payment processing services also available.

Customer and technical support services are provided for the duration of the contact at no additional charge.

Supplies can be included in contract fee or customers can pay for them separately as a direct bill back.

Professional service contract fees are offered in several options.

Purchase

A full system purchase will include the following components:

• hardware (Customer may elect to use existing computers)
• installation and training services
• management software
• perpetual use software licenses
• 1yr technical support
